The above petition has been filed seeking leave to file the appeal, challenging the judgment of acquittal made in S.C.No.51 of 2022, dated 27.10.2023 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Tiruchirappalli.
2.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 9.
3.In delay condonation petition in Crl.MP(MD)No.952 of 2025, this Court after hearing the learned counsel for the respondents 4 to 8 and 3 to 9, passed a conditional order and consequently that petition came to be allowed. 4.Perused the impugned judgment and also the affidavit filed in support of this petition.
5. Being satisfied with the reasons, leave sought for is granted. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the regular course.
