PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the charge sheet in C.C.No.56 of 2015 under Sections 294(b), 323, 326 and 506(ii) IPC, pending before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District in Crime No.319 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same regarding the above petitioner.
