ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 455 of 2019 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent and consequently direct the third respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner a case in Crime No. 455 of 2015 has been registered for offences under Sections 341,324 and 302 of IPC against one Dharmaraj and he has been arrested and still he is in judicial custody. She would also submit that the investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1494 of 2020 has been done in a proper manner and the respondent have also completed investigation and the final report has been made ready and it will be filed within a period of one month before the concerned Court.

3. At this juncture the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that time frame may be fixed to the respondent to file the final report without any further delay.

4. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
