ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to form the road in correct proportion from East to West, below the EB line and above the water line connecting Western Cement Road and Eastern House Door No.10/41 to a length of 40 feet and a breadth of 30 feet in Survey No.1633/25 of Sankaar Puramboke Vacant Land in Sennalthapudukulam, Thippanampatti Village, Tenkasi Taluk, Tenkasi District to enable hassle free of three wheelers and four wheelers vehicles by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2023, within the period stipulated as prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 11.01.2023, and to conduct enquiry, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, and dispose of the same and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, if not already disposed of, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
