This Criminal Original Petition is filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.621 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent herein and entrust the same to the third respondent and also direct the fourth respondent monitor the same effectively and file final report in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that investigation is completed and Referred charge Sheet notice has been served on the petitioner by affixture. This Court in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.s 21755 and 21756 of 2014 dated 4.12.2014 was pleased to observe that liberty is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law against the Referred Charge Sheet Notice which has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed as mistake of fact on 29.01.2015. In view of the same, this petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
