This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police, to file a final report in respect of Crime No.224 of 2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, investigation is pending. He would further submit that two months time may be granted for filing a final report before the jurisdictional Court. 3.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.224 of 2021 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
