This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 04.07.2015, either by them or through 3rd respondent by forwarding the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioner directly gave the complaint to the 3rd respondent police, which has already been forwarded to the Superintendent of Police, Ramanathapuram District for investigation.

4.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
