This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.08.2017 .

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is running a finance company, in which the third

respondent has borrowed a loan for purchasing two lorries bearing Registration Nos.TN58AB 1555 and TN58AD 9293 and hire purchase agreement also entered between the petitioner and the third respondent, with regard to the said hire purchase agreement in the RC books of the relevant vehicles endorsement also made, but subsequently, the third respondent has created a false letter stating that the loan issued by the petitioner herein has been cleared and based on that, the Regional Transport Officer has made an endorsement in the concerned RC Book of the vehicles and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 07.08.2017, but so far, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and complaint has been closed as it is a money transaction. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
