This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 25.01.2018, when the petitioner was going to Sub-Register's Office, Arasaradi, the original gift deed executed by the mother of the petitioner dated 17.08.2011 was missing and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 25.01.2018, but so far, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law within a period of one week week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
