ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 20.07.2018. The same is recorded. 4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
