This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his relatives under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard Mr.S.M.Mohan Gandhi, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabu Ramachandran, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that one Lakshmi gave a false complaint before the second respondent stating that the petitioner herein gave a false promise that he will marry the said Lakshmi and subsequently, he refused to marry her and based on the said complaint, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the said Lakshmi, CSR.No.466 of 2017 has been issued and after enquiry, the same was closed on 06.02.2018. Hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
