ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents Nos.2 & 3, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard Mr.A.Anandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that already two suits are pending with regard to the property situated in Survey No.1010/2J, Palayam Village and that being so, one Natarajan has lodged a false complaint against the petitioner and based on that, the 2nd and 3rd respondents are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

harassing the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that no petition has been received against the petitioner herein. He further submitted that it is only the the petitioner's wife has lodged a complaint against one Natarajan and after receipt of the said complaint enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed, as the dispute is civil in nature and hence the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

5.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
