ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4228 of 2023, dated 03.03.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No 4228 of 2023, dated 03.03.2023 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions on 15 occasions. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and police report has been filed. 1/3

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 4228 of 2023 dated 03.03.2023 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court during every date of hearing without fail.
