This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to takes appropriate action based on the petitioner's complaint as in person on 25.12.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent police had conducted an enquiry and that the same was closed. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police did not visit the spot and no enquiry was conducted. Therefore, the petitioner is now seeking re-enquiry of the matter.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the respondent police is directed to re-enquire into the matter. The petitioner is permitted to prefer a petition before the higher police officials.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. 22.01.2026 KSA 2/4
