PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to give Police protection to petition and to the property bearing old ward No.9, Door No.9-18/5 and 9-18/6 New Ward No.7, New Door No.7-12/5 and 7-21/6, situate at Keelakottai, Chinnalapatty, Dindigul District, based on the complaint made by the petition dated 26.12.2017. O R D E R

This petition is filed to give Police protection to petition and to the property bearing old ward No.9, Door No.9-18/5 and 9-18/6 New Ward No.7, New Door No.7-12/5 and 7-21/6, situate at Keelakottai, Chinnalapatty, Dindigul District, based on the complaint made by the petition dated 26.12.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he had obtained a decree for specific performance against the private respondents herein and has also obtained a sale deed in execution of the said decree. liberty and right to his property at the hands of the respondents 3 to 5.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl, side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5 submitted that none of these respondents posed any threat to the petitioner's life, liberty and right to the property. 5.If at all the petitioner has any grievance, he would take such legal course as it would be available to him. 6.The said submission is recorded. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for the present and hence, the same stands closed.
