This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10002 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD).No.782 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court 1/3
