CRL MP(MD) No.1364 of 2023 charge sheet has already been filed before the concerned Court and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12533 of 2022, dated 12.07.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Magistrate on receipt of summons.
