ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to file final report in Crime No.488 of 2016 at early.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the third respondent

has registered a case on 19.06.2016 in Crime No.488 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 506(i) and 114 of I.P.C. But, thereafter, no steps have been taken for filing final report.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) has submitted that the investigation is almost over and final report will be filed within one month.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the third respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and to file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of.
