O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent in family dispute.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner and the third respondent are husband and wife and due to family dispute, the third respondent left the family and hence the petitioner herein has filed a petition for divorce in H.M.O.P.No.105 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai. He further submitted that the fact remains so, the third respondent gave a false complaint before the second respondent and based on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that, the second is harassing the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the said complaint from the third respondent, the second respondent has issued CSR No.499 of 2017 and after enquiry the said complaint was closed on 07.12.2017 and hence the question of harassment does not arise.

6. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
