O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Lalgudi, to dispose of the E.A.No.65 of 2010 in E.P.No.34 of 2004 in O.S.No.184 of 1996 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Lalgudi, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The suit was decreed on 30.05.2003 by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi. There was no appeal. Seeking execution of the decree, the petitioner herein filed an execution petition in E.P.No.34 of 2004. Even that was pending from the 2004, there is no progress in the matter. The respondent has filed an obstruction petition in E.A.No.65 of 2010, still it is pending without any progress.

3. Considering the oldness of the matter, the learned Principal District Munsif, Lalgudi, shall dispose of the E.P.No.34 of 2004 and E.A.No.65 of 2010, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
