... Respondent/Complainant PRAYER in CRL OP(MD).2785/2018: This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying for a direction, directing the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tuticorin to expedite the Trial pending in C.C.No.736 of 2017.

ORDER : This petition coming for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi vide letter in D.NO.1910/2018, Dated 4.10.2018, appeared of Mr.K.Kulanthai Vikram,Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Anandharaj, Additional Public Prosecutor for Respondent, this Court made the following order :

By letter, dated 04.10.2018 addressed to the Additional Registrar General, the learned Judicial Magistrate NO.III, Thoothukudi has requested further time of three months to dispose of the C.C.No.736 of 2017.

2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 02.03.2018.
