To call for the records and set aside the judgment of conviction imposed in Crl.A.No.61 of 2012 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge,Padmanabapuram dated 04.11.2022 confirming the conviction imposed in C.C.No.422 of 2006 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabapuram dated 26.07.2012.

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.9143 of 2023 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.653 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly from 28.06.2023 and hence, he pleaded for relaxing the condition imposed on him by the Court below.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence, the conditions may be modified once in three months.
4.
