ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 120(b), 419, 465, 468, 471 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.18 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner and his wife/Kasthuri filed Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18140 of 2019 seeking anticipatory bail. I took a indulgent view in favour of the petitioner's wife and granted her anticipatory bail. After considering the case at length, the petitioner's request for anticipatory bail was denied. This is the petitioner's second petitioner for anticipatory bail. There is absolutely no change in circumstance. Hence, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
