ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1 of 2016.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that after registration of the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2016, the first respondent completed the investigation and filed a closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai.

3. In view of the above, no FIR is pending on the file of the first respondent. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukottai is directed to serve the referred charge-sheet notice to the petitioner/defacto complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
