JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) The present Writ Appeal has been filed challenging the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD).No.16815 of 2022 dated 07.11.2022.

2. The only ground on which the Writ Petition was rejected is that the appellant herein had already preferred an appeal, ventilating his grievances, before the Commissioner of Land Administration and since the same was pending, the writ Court had directed the Commissioner of Land Administration to dispose of the appeal within a stipulated time. This order of the writ Court is assailed in the present appeal.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the order passed by the Appellate Authority, namely, the Commissioner of Land Administration, in his proceedings in Proc.No.F2/3742049/2022 dated 14.10.2024, whereby, the proceedings issued by the District Revenue Officer

dated 19.06.2021 was withheld and the matter was remitted back to the District Revenue Officer for fresh personal enquiry. The learned Special Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the summons issued by the office of the District Collector, calling upon the appellant herein to appear before the District Revenue Officer on 16.12.2024.

4. In the light of these developments, no effective orders can be passed in the present Writ Appeal. If at all the appellant herein is aggrieved against the order passed by the Commissioner of Land Administration dated 14.10.2024, liberty is hereby granted to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. (M.S.R.,J.) (A.D.M.C.,J.) 05.12.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No Lm
