Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner had earlier filed W.P.(MD)No.5556 of 2020 before this Court. In the said writ petition also the petitioner questioned the appointment of Lal Bahadur Kennedy as the Correspondent of Kovilpatti Tamil Baptist Schools Association.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for Lal Bahadur Kennedy submitted that an application will be submitted to the authorities concerned for appointing a new correspondent. It was further undertaken that it would be done within a period of four weeks. The writ petition was disposed of only on 03.01.2023. I am certain that the tenth respondent will adhere to the undertaking given before this Court. I am therefore of the view that no further order is required in this writ petition. 3/6

4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
