O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the second respondent to file a final report at early in Cr.No.3 of 2014.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case on 03.03.2014 in Cr.No.3 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406, 409, 419, 477 and 420 of IPC, but, thereafter no further action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that after registering the case, investigation has been done and the FIR has been closed as 'further action dropped' on 23.07.2015 and the said fact was already informed to the petitioner also.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available in law.
