The criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.775 of 2017, dated 31.12.2017, from the third respondent police to any other investigation officer under the control of second respondent.

2. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed and it has been taken on file in C.C.No.111 of 2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.

3. In the above circumstances, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
