ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police herein not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that one Dhanabalan gave a complaint raising money dispute against the petitioners and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
