This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by interfering into the petitioner's property.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.490 of 2017 and investigation is closed as a mistake of fact.
