PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the First Information Report bearing Crime No.169 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pathamadai Police Station, Pathamadai, Tirunelveli District and subsequently, quash the same as illegal.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the First Information Report in Crime No.169 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pathamadai Police Station, Pathamadai, Tirunelveli District and consequently, quash the same. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that already charge sheet has been filed on 08.12.2017, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmadevi, but sofar, the case was not taken on file.
