Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the Impugned Order of the 3rd Respondent dated 28.10.2021 vide Na.Ka.A4/3775/2021 and the consequent order of the 2nd Respondent dated 08.12.2021 and quash the same and further directing the respondents to issue Legal Heirship certificate of the Petitioner's son Murugan without insisting to produce the death certificate of Late Murugan within stipulated time prescribed by this Court.
