ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct the enquiry and take to appropriate action, based upon the representation made by the petitioner dated 31.12.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that CSR enquiry is pending before the 3rd respondent police.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and conclude the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. If any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police shall take 2/4

appropriate criminal proceedings in accordance with law. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
