Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. All that the petitioner seeks is consideration of the petition mentioned representation.
3. The respondents 2 and 3 are directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation dated 28.03.2022 and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the respondents 2 and 3 to pass order one way or other. The respondents 2 and 3 shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order.
