ORDER

The petitioners approached this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide protection to the petitioner to put up gate in the patta lands in Sy.Nos.D4/2-6-A1A, D4/2-6-A1D based upon her representation dated 22.07.2014. 2.There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3.The petitioner alleges that the third respondent, who is a neighbour, is causing hindrance to the petitioner and obstructed her from putting up gate in the patta land. Initially, there was obstruction in 2012 and FIR was registered in Crime No.402 of 2012 and the matter is being investigated. Even thereafter, since the third respondent is giving problem, the petitioner gave a complaint on 16.07.2014 seeking police protection. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that since the accused is causing hindrance to the petitioner, the respondent police is ready to give police protection. 5.The facts of the case would reveal that the accused is causing hindrance to the petitioner, the respondent police is directed to give police protection.

With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
