Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 r/w Section 407 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to take action and to initiate proper investigation into misappropriation of funds and mal-administration in the petitioner's jamath by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 01.11.2017, within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.11.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even though the complaint was given on 01.11.2017, the first respondent did not take any steps to register the case.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the dispute is with regard to the management of Jamath and it is purely civil in nature. He further submitted that the second respondent will complete the enquiry within a short period. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry. If the enquiry reveals that the respondents 3 to 6 have committed any cognizable offence, he has to register the case and proceed in accordance with law. 5.With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
