This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.33 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, a case in Crime No.33 of 2013 has been registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 494 r/w. 109 and 506(i) I.P.C. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed on 31.01.2015, which is not taken on file.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed. The learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to consider the
