ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners under the guise of inquiry in the complaint of the fourth respondent pertaining to civil nature.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Sub Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Madurai, has submitted a requisition to transfer the case to Thoothukudi Police and on that basis, the case was transferred to the Thoothukudi District Police.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
