ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Vikram, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.P.Kottaichamy, Government Advocate (Crl.side )for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to extend the time to surrender and file the bail application before the learned Judge, Special Court for trial cases under SC/ST(POA), as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18660 of 2023 dated 17.102.2023.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is reported that the petitioner has been arrested by the respondent Police.
