The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to change the investigation in Crime No.844 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent and conduct the investigation within the stipulated time as directed by this Court.

2. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and not taken on file.

3. In the above circumstances, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
