ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioners , who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 420 IPC, seek anticipatory bail.

2.On 27/01/2015, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to these petitioners with a direction to them to appear before the respondent police for two weeks. The respondent police is present today and filed a status report in which they have stated that the petitioners did not appear before them in compliance with the order of this Court.

3.Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in Mumbai. That may not be a good reason for not complying with the conditions of this Court, when the petitioners filed this application for anticipatory bail. Since the orders of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court have not been complied with, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed .
