O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.6955 of 2017 dated 02.01.2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police station daily at 10.00 a.m and 06.00 p.m instead of appearing before the Chengelpattu Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is difficult for the petitioner to stay at Chengelpattu. Since he is a sole breadwinner of his family and he is working in Madurai. Moreover the petitioner is having duty to maintain his family, hence the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6955 of 2017 may be modified to the effect that it may be a respondent police station. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that till now the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Heard both sides.

5.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner without complying the said order, he has filed this application with unacceptable reason. Hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.6955 of 2017, dated 02.01.2018.
