O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.02.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has borrowed a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- from one Govindaraj, Mari and Rajkumar and that being so, the proposed accused namely, Thirupathy, Manikandan, Thethan and Rajendran have illegally stolen the amount from the petitioner's chit company and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 12.02.2018, but so far, no action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted

that the enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
