ORDER

The petitioners seek for quash of the Charge Sheet in C.C No. 175 of 2022 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners had already been acquitted by the trial Court on 19.03.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 27.01.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm 2/4
