ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Srivilliputhur, in Crl.M.P.No.1074 of 2014 in C.C.No.124 of 2013 dated 18.06.2014, thereby allowing the petition filed under Section 311 Cr.P.C to recall the P.W.1 and D.W.2.

2.The reasons stated by the learned Magistrate to allow the petition filed under Section 311 Cr.P.C has no infirmity or illegality to interfere by this Court. Therefore, the order passed by the learned Magistrate in Crl.M.P.No.1074 of 2014 does not warrant any interference. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
