O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1&2.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner seeks police protection. He has also obtained an interim order in I.A.No.255 of 2021 in O.S.No.68 of 2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1392 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Aranthangi on 25.10.2021. According to the petitioner, the private respondents are acting in breach of the said injunction order.

4. If that be so, Civil Procedure Code provides for filing a petition for punishing such persons. The petitioner undertakes to file such a petition before the court below. In such an event, the learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5. With this direction to the learned Sub Judge, Aranthangi, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
