ORDER

The Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the second respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent is the wife of the first petitioner and she gave a false complaint as against the petitioners stating that they have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ harassed her. He further submitted that the first petitioner has

already filed a divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.353 of 2017 and the same is pending before the Family Court, Sivagangai. When the facts remaining so, the first respondent is frequently calling upon the petitioners to attend enquiry.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, the enquiry has been conducted on 03.11.2017 and the petition has been closed on the same day itself. Hence the question of harassment does not arise.
