ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.29 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 13.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 9(f)(m)(1) and 10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 and hence, seeks bail.

2. According to the de-facto complainant, Assistant Education Officer at Thiruppuvanam, the accused was working as a Headmaster has misbehaved with three male students.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is an animosity against the petitioner and his superior officer, the de-facto complainant and due to which, the false complaint was given against him and it is further submitted that Sections 19 and 27 of the Act have been violated.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedent and the investigation is in progress.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain

conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 6.00 p.m. until further orders. sd/- 04/08/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
