ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 498(a) and 506(i) I.P.C., in Crime No. Not known of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the wife of the first petitioner. The second petitioner is the father-in-law of the defacto complainant. Marriage between the first petitioner and the defacto complainant was solemnized on 29.05.2017. After marriage, the petitioners have demanded additional dowry from the defacto complainant, due to that, the petitioners threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences. Hence, a case has been registered for the above said offences.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent person, they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further added that the petitioners herein have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

against the petitioners. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise.
