This petition is filed to transfer the investigation on the file of the third respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the complaint filed by the petitioner is pending on the file of the third respondent herein.

3.In view of the above, this Court is inclined to transfer the investigation in Crime No.320 of 2014 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the second respondent. receipt of a copy of this order.
